AMY
Hello. My name is Amy Peake. I am an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant here at Dr. Shrewsbury's. Prior to that I worked as an ortho assistant. I attended Elizabethtown Community College for 2 years and the University of Louisville school of dentistry, where I received my certification as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant. I am married to Leo Peake. We have two boys, Lain and Eli, and one daughter, Lexy. My hobbies include coaching U6 soccer, T-ball and volunteering with Special Olympics basketball.. AND, I love UK Football!!

CHRISTY
My name is Christine Pfost. I am an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant. I have been in the dental profession for 18 years including 3 in periodontics and 2 years with Dr. Shrewsbury. I received my EDDA from University of Louisville. I like meeting people, restoring smiles and making sure that patients are comfortable. I am married to Rick for 21 years, have one daughter, Lauren 14, and one Pug, Simon. Things I enjoy are playing Texas Hold-em, riding four-wheelers, running and biking.

DONETTA
My name is Donetta Harned and I am married to David and have four daughters, Samantha 23, Kelli 21, Whitney 18 and Emilee 11. I have been with Shrewsbury and Associates for 13-half years. I started as a receptionist and the dental hygiene coordinator for three hygienists. As the practice grew, we have now have six hygienists to oversee. I recently changed positions and am now a dental assistant. What I like most about my job are the day to day new challenges. The staff here are all so helpful and friendly. What I like away from here is working in my flowers, landscaping, sewing, cake decorating, crafts and riding my motorcycle.

JACQUI
My name is Jacqui Perez and I have been an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant for over 28 years. The past two years have been with Dr. Shrewsbury's office. I attended Aims Community College and University of Northern Colorado. I received my EDDA training at the University of Colorado School of Dentistry in Denver, Colorado. Things I love about this job are meeting new people, helping educate patients to improve their dental health. I am married with three children and two grandchildren. Things I enjoy are genealogical research and traveling when I get a chance. I have lived in Bardstown for four years. Previously, I have lived in West Virginia, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas and D.C.

LISA
My name is Lisa O'Bryan. I am an expanded duties dental assistant. I have been an assistant for 30 years - 6 years working for a periodontist and the last 16 years with Dr. Shrewsbury. I attended a dental assisting college and to further my experience, went to U of L school for Expanded Duty Dental Assistants. I am married with two children. I like reading, boating and riding four-wheelers.

PAT
My name is Pat Welther and a recent employee of Shrewsbury and Associates. I am a dental assistant and have been in the profession for over 20 years. I attended Lake Michigan College Dental Assisting and also, was a Certified Dental Assistant in Pennsylvania. Things I like best about my profession are the people. I like helping them feel as comfortable as possible. I am married with 5 children and 12 grandchildren and they are grand. I like swimming, cooking, gardening and crafts. I am a huge NCSI fan. I hate lima beans, love the Philadelphia Eagles and the Phillies - someone has to!
